Loadcell Controlled (Weight) Filler Machine

Our filler machine, designed and made by Fill Technic, is sold to company of "Olin Yağ". New "Proportional Flow Regulator (PFR)" technology, using Japanese step motors, is represented in our machine for the first time in Turkey.

Technical Specifications:

• PFR (Proportional Valve Technology) is able to adjust the flow proportionally.
• Japanese step motors and actuators are used.
• No air consumption in the machine. No air collector exists. That reduces costs of compressor power consumption and maintenance.
• Every nozzle has its own loadcell at the bottom of bottle base platforms.
• Sensitivity is +/- 1 gram per liter.

General Specifications:

• All surfaces contacting the product is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Height adjustment motor is standard for changing sets of different size of bottles.
• Equipped with a PLC logic system and a touch screen.
• Stainless steel electrical cabinet is standard.
• Nozzles never contact with bottles. Filling is hygienic.
• Every nozzle has a filter specially designed to prevent leakage.
• Previously recorded target filling values can easily be recalled on touch screen.

• 10 or 18 litre: 600, 900, 1.200 bph available
• 4 or 5 litre: 1.200, 2.000, 3.000, 5.000 bph available
• 1 or 2 litre: 6.000, 11.000, 18.000, 22.000 bph available
