CHEMICAL SOLVENT SPRAYER UNIT

Our unit automatically sprays chemical solvent to the surface of butter and margarine.

• 2 pieces of timer relays are standard inside the electrical panel. On-Timer and Off-Timer periods are adjustable.
• Whole body and covers are made of AISI 304 stainless steel material.
• Both sides have transparent plexyglass covers to make observation.
• Easy to move by 4 wheels and handles. Wheel height is lower enough to slide under the butter machine.
• Spray nozzles are adjustable in 4 dimension:
  
  • Right - Left
  • Forward - Backward
  • Up - Down
  • Radial Movement

Usage:

Used for spraying potassium sorbate on the surface of butter.
