• Number of cavities depends on capacity.
• Origin may be West European or Turkish.

 

Still Water Filler Machine:

• Rinser / Filler / Capper system of monoblock rotary machine design can be made.
• Suitable with PET bottles / GLASS bottles / POLYCARBONATE carboys.
• Can be designed for one or two capper turrets on the same monoblock design. Multi selection of caps also possible in a single turret such as Aluminum screw caps / Plastic screw caps.
• Ultra hygienic contactless filling with +/- 1 ml sensitivity is standard by Flowmeter principle.
• In case of request, old style cheaper vacuum principle design can also be used.

 

Labeller Machine:

• Can apply label types of OPP Plastic, self-adhesive sticker, paper.
• Hot melt glue or cold glue tanks may be used.
• Either can be one piece wrap-around label or partially applied by the number of labeller stations on sides of front, rear or neck.
• Labels are applied to every shape of bottles such as round, square, oval, handle included.
• Bottle material can be glass or PET.

 

Shrink Wrapper Machine:

• Overlap may be West European or Turkish.
• In case of request carton trays can be used.
• Single or double infeed channel and tunnel size can be designed according to the capacity.
• Time saving design with 2 bobbins.

 

Palletizer Machine:

• Classical cartesian model, 5-axis servo manipulator model, robot arm model can be designed.
• Single or double infeed channel can be designed according to the capacity.
• Telescopic lifter or one piece lifter can raise up the packages.
• Project is combined with an automatic pallet stretch wrapper machine on palletizer discharge conveyors.
